A standout feature is our direct integrations with accounting giants QuickBooks and Xero. And guess what? FreshBooks integration is on its way! Now, seamlessly link your booking system to your accounting tools and elevate your business automation!

What’s New this month?

Client Tags: Organise and group clients using custom tags. This is especially handy for filtering clients for different purposes such as when issuing gift cards from the admin interface, in client & bookings reports for sending notifications, when exporting client data to other CRM systems and in reporting for coupons & gift cards, tickets, packages and memberships.

QuickBooks & Xero Integration: Simplify your accounting process with our seamless Quickbooks & Xero integrations. The QuickBooks integration enables you to automatically sync all sales & refund information directly over to your QuickBooks account with details on each sold item.

Revamped Visuals: We’ve introduced dynamic banner images and color palettes tailored to each business category for new sign-ups. Your booking interface has never looked better!

Enhanced Notifications: You can now auto-add location descriptions to booking notifications. Ensure your clients know exactly where their service will take place.

Streamlined Payments: Navigating back from a payment page no longer cancels the order. Plus, switching between payment processors is now a breeze!

Invoice Enhancements: Transparency is key! We now display both deposit and remainder amounts on invoices sent from within the Admin App.

Admin Tips Feature: If the service has not been prepaid, before the service takes place, make sure you up your sales by adding tips directly from within the admin app.

Standalone Product Sales: Soon, you can sell products separately from bookings with a revamped payment step.

Receipt Printing: Directly print receipts from the admin app using a thermal printer.

Improved Location Selection: A dedicated field in the admin app for location selection ensures no accidental oversights.

AI-Powered Admin Search: Find features and tutorials more effectively with our AI-enhanced search in the admin interface.

FreshBooks Integration: Coming soon, sync all your successful sales and refunds with Freshbooks.
