More Payment Flexibility: Helcim Now Available in SBPay

We know how important payment flexibility is for your business. That’s why we’ve added Helcim to the list of supported providers within SBPay. If Helcim is your preferred gateway, you can now integrate it seamlessly and offer your clients a secure and efficient way to pay.

Client-Side Provider Bios in Flexible Calendar Layout

Until now, provider bios in the Flexible Provider Calendar Layout were only visible on the admin side. With this update, we’ve introduced a popup feature that makes the provider description visible to clients. This helps personalize your booking site, giving clients more context and trust when choosing who to book with.

If you’ve already added bios to your staff profiles, they’ll now be more useful than ever. If not, now’s a great time to do so!

Improved Workflow: Redirect from SBPay to Admin Page

To streamline your navigation, we’ve added a redirect link from SBPay back to the SimplyBook.me admin interface. This simple but powerful change makes it easier to manage transactions and jump back into your scheduling and admin tasks without needing to open new tabs or re-login.

If you manage both bookings and payments, this update will help you save time and avoid unnecessary clicks.

Easier Review Access: Client Login on Reviews Page

We’ve improved the usability of the Reviews page on your booking site by allowing clients to log in directly using their existing client login, in addition to social media accounts. This gives your clients more control and makes it easier for them to leave feedback after appointments.

Reviews are key to building trust with new clients, and this improvement lowers the barrier for collecting more of them.

OKTA Support for Enterprise SSO Users

Security and ease of access are critical for large teams. That’s why we’ve added OKTA support to our SSO (single sign-on) options. In addition to MS Azure, enterprise users can now authenticate via OKTA, improving both flexibility and security for user access across your team.
