At SimplyBook.me, our commitment to enhancing your scheduling solution never stops. This May, we’ve rolled out several new updates to streamline and boost the efficiency of your business operations. Designed for small to medium-sized service businesses, these enhancements will make managing your appointments and operations easier and more efficient. Let’s dive in!

Next Available Button for Modern Calendar Layout

We’ve introduced a “next available date” button to the modern timeline on the booking website. This feature helps clients find the next available timeslot when a day is fully booked. (Note: This is not compatible with the waiting list feature.) We plan to extend this functionality to all timelines soon.

ICS File Option with Timezone Indication

To ensure accurate scheduling across different timezones, we’ve added a new checkbox in the Emails & SMS settings. This option allows you to include timezone information in ICS file attachments when a booking is added to a user’s or client’s calendar ensuring that when calendar event is added it will show in the right timezone.

Validate Ticket Action Button

You can now validate tickets directly from the ticket reports via the three dots action menu on each row. This improvement eliminates the need to navigate to a separate page, saving you time and effort.

Live Help Pop-Up available in SBPay and Help Center

We’ve added a live chat pop-up to the SBPay settings pages as well as within Help Center. Now, you can contact our support team directly from within the SBPay interface and Help Center for quick assistance. They are live 24h during the working week, and always happy to help!

Updates Coming in June

Admin Interface Redesign

We’re redesigning the admin interface to align with the overall design, including an option for night mode to reduce eye strain during late hours or just to make it cooler:).

Welcome Page Redesign

The welcome page will be restructured for better organization. The account info menu will move to the left side menu, and a separate “account info” page will be created for account details, admin, and booking site links, and personal data reports.

Enhanced Filters in SBPay

We’re adding more extensive filter options in SBPay to help you manage your payments and reports more efficiently.

Final Words

We’re excited for you to explore these updates and look forward to bringing you more improvements in the coming months. Should you need any assistance or have questions, our team is here to help.

Thank you for choosing SimplyBook.me. Here’s to making your business operations even more efficient!
